​How To Reset Your Password

In this article, you will learn how to reset your password, if you forget it, or just want to change it. Depending on your permissions, you will either need to reset it in your Profile or in Team Management.

Step 1: If you don’t see Team Management, use the Password Reset in the Profile Section.

  • Navigate to Settings > Profile.
  • Enter the Existing password.
  • Type in a new Password.
  • Confirm the new Password.
  • Click Update Password to save.

Step 2: If you do see Team Management, Use the Password Reset in Team Management.

  • Navigate to Settings > My Staff > Team Management.
  • Choose the correct Account.
  • Edit > User Info.
  • Type in a Password >  Click Update Password.
  • Save.
