Email Analytics

Email analytics allow you to filter contacts by email stats. This provides deeper insights, enabling you to refine email campaigns. You can filter contacts based on specific email stats, including Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Complained, and Bounced. This feature allows you to target and analyze connections based on their engagement levels, aiding in the optimization of email outreach.

  • To make use of this tab navigate to Settings > Email Services > Email Analytics
  • Click on the date range field and select a timeframe

Date Level Filtering: You can narrow down your contact list to a specific time frame, allowing for measurement of the impact of email campaigns and facilitating data-driven decision-making.

Email Sending Type Filter: The ability to filter contacts based on the email sending type has been introduced. Whether it’s bulk email, campaign, or workflow, you can select multiple campaigns or workflows to segment their contact list with precision. This feature offers a granular approach to tailoring messages to different target groups.

By combining these powerful filtering options, you are equipped with comprehensive tools to refine your email marketing strategies and boost engagement rates.
